Rental Information

The property is available for long-term rental on an agreement basis that is renewable every year. Minimum 2 years long-term commitment required.

Payable Monthly Rent is Rs.200,000 LKR (This is Negotiable)

Electricity & water bills are not included with the monthly payable rent

The property is available for short-term rental with a minimum of 7 days to maximum of 90 days.

Payable Per Night Rent is Rs.20,000 LKR for 7 days (This is Negotiable)

Conditions & Policy Information

All guests are required to comply with these conditions

Please read carefully

  • Check-Ins are from 1:00 PM Onward till 12:00 AM
  • Check-Outs are till 12:00 PM (Special requests allowed)
  • Prepayment Policy: You are required to pay a 1 night fee of Rs.20,000 LKR to confirm your booking. Confirmation Fee is accepted as Credit or Debit Card Payment Only.
  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking 4 days prior to the booking starting date and get a full refund. Cancellation after 4 days prior to booking starting date will not be refunded.
  • Loudness Policy: No loud talking, laughing loud, loud music and any sort of loudness after 11:00 PM till 7:00 AM in the property.
  • Child Policy: Children are allowed
  • Extra Beds Policy: We do not provide extra beds at anytime
  • Parties or Events Policy: We do not allow to host any parties or events in this property. You can book for some occasions but you can talk with us directly over the phone or WhatsApp to discuss.
  • Pets Policy: We do not allow pets in this property.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Please smoke outdoors and do not allow smoke enter inside the property. If required, we will charge an additional $200 cleaning fee.
  • Parking Policy: Open Air Parking for 1 vehicle only allowed inside the property compound.
